As a professional fitness coach based in Wantage, South Oxfordshire, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Help me help you to become the most confident and happy version of you by giving you workouts to suit you and meal plans that fit perfectly with your lifestyle.


I will help you to get the right balance of exercise and healthy eating to aid you on your way towards your specific goal. This goal could be to just feel healthier and happier, to lose a little (or a lot!) of weight or just to learn a little bit more about what your amazing body is capable of.

I have a lot of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in helping others to get fit and feel healthy and happier within themselves through use of an improved diet and getting them to feel passionate about exercise and the way it will make their body feel.

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.


There are so many ways in which you can get started with Mummy Body Coach on your journey to being healthier and happier. If you don't live nearby, you can still join in via my online group PT sessions or perhaps a fitness and diet plan may be the best option for you to get started on your journey in your own time.

All classes last 1 hour and focus on a mix of upper/lower body strength, core and cardio. Please get in touch if you'd like to join us.

Individual sessions are £5 or the whole month (17 classes!) is £30.




As a certified trainer, along with individual and group personal training sessions run online or from my home in Wantage, South Oxfordshire, I offer a wide range of fitness plans that you can do at home or the gym. There are fitness plans to work with the set up you have, whether you have limited access to equipment or not. 


To join in on my lockdown online group PT sessions, you just need to get in touch with me and I can sign you up either to individual sessions or to the whole month!


Alternatively, in order to find which MummyBodyCoach package would suit you, please take my 'Which package is for you?' questionnaire so I can find out more about things such as: your goals, likes and dislikes, current exercise and budget. Once you've filled in the questionnaire, I will contact you to talk about what level programme to start you at and which of the programmes would suit you the best.


If you are definitely interested in individual personal training sessions with me online or in the garden of my home in Wantage, you can book an initial one 2 one

30 or 55 minute consultation session with me where we do some basic measurements, assess your fitness levels and complete a questionnaire together in order to work out what would suit you best.


As a larger lady with very little confidence who has avoided exercise for most of my life I was hesitant about starting training sessions. Fast forward a year and I'm working out at least twice a week and feeling positive and confident with exercising. Sarah has shown me that I'm someone 'who can'. I never thought I could enjoy exercise but Sarah makes our sessions really fun (with an excellent playlist too)! She knows how to motivate you and will personalise your session to achieve your goal. How to find me

Most personal training and group sessions take place at my house in Wantage, Oxfordshire. When the weather is good, classes can take place outside (in local parks / in my garden) At extra cost, I can come to you to deliver personal training and group sessions.
