I will help you to get the right balance of exercise and healthy eating to aid you on your way towards your specific goal. This goal could be to just feel healthier and happier, to lose a little (or a lot!) of weight or just to learn a little bit more about what your amazing body is capable of.
I have a lot of experience in helping others to get fit and feel healthy and happier within themselves through use of an improved diet and getting them to feel passionate about exercise and the way it will make their body feel.
Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
There are so many ways in which you can get started with me on your journey to being healthier and happier. If you don't live nearby, a fitness and diet plan may be the best option for you to get started on your journey.

As a certified trainer, along with individual and group personal training sessions run from my home in Didcot, South Oxfordshire, I offer a wide range of fitness plans that you can do at home or at the gym. There are fitness plans to work with whatever set up you have, whether you have limited access to equipment or not.
In order to find which package would suit you, please take my 'Which package is for you?' questionnaire so I can find out more about things such as: your goals, likes and dislikes, current exercise and budget. Once you've filled in the questionnaire, I will contact you to talk about what level programme to start you at and which of the programmes would suit you the best.
Alternatively, if you are definitely interested in individual personal training sessions with me at my home in Didcot, you can book an initial one 2 one
30 or 55 minute consultation session with me where we do some basic measurements, assess your fitness levels and complete a questionnaire together in order to work out what would suit you best.
